Nice park right off the beach. A bit of a walk to the beach but nice path. Very nice owner and staff, very helpful and informative. All spaces were straight back ins, easy to access with our motorhome.

It snowed the night we stayed here. There were a few tree limbs down in the morning to add to the slow departure from the park. The staff was very helpful and concerned about damage and making sure everyone was taken care of. The helped everyone shovel the snow off their slides and roofs. This park had easy access and a nice play area for the kids. The store was well stocked and the clerk was very nice.

This is a new park and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The men in the office/store were very helpful and courteous. The information they provided was very nice to have. The pool and common areas were great. This park will become a 10 as the trees mature and grow.

Easily located. Park very clean and level spaces. Gentlemen in office very friendly and informative. They had a breakfast buffet on July 4th and a waffle breakfast on the weekend at no charge. Wi-Fi was available and easy to access. The laundry room and restrooms were exceptionally clean and nice. A few long term residents but not too bad. One in particular had STUFF stored under their rig even with this being against the written rules. This was the only negative to this park.

Sites were not wide enough for the slideouts and the awning of our motorhome. The electrical 30 amp service continually tripped breaker. We were told not to use our microwave as it would trip it. The water pressure was very poor, at times non existant. We were not given information on the park, not even where our site was located. Most of the park was used by permanent residents. On the positive side the common area by the lake was nice. The park was fairly quiet.
